I have been in the world of Real Estate for over thirty one years.  I am a four year veteran of the United States Navy.  My formal education after high school consists of college in Minnesota and Wisconsin.  I have attended numerous Real Estate Continuing Education courses, Seminars and Workshops through the years.  I am confident I have seen and worked through all of the ups and downs the industry has experienced during my adult life.  I am convinced that the key to successful real estate/mortgage lending is providing a professional level of service to people and families.  I am also convinced that home buyers need high level service instead of a sales approach when considering their home financing needs.  Buying a home or refinancing a home is a significant financial decision that requires a mortgage lender with experience, knowledge, integrity and professionalism.  Those are the investments I make in each and every mortgage transaction I engage in.  As the manager of H4B Mortgage it is my responsibility to ensure that our team looks first and foremost at service to the client when entering a transaction.  I insist that we provide the product that best suits the client needs.  It is my personal philosophy that I have a responsibility to any client that seeks our services to not only provide them with a loan that helps them realize their dream, but to also provide a level of professional service that will guide the client through the process and allow them to make the most informed decision possible.  To that end I am proud to be associated with H4B Mortgage and I look forward to serving your mortgage loan needs.
